The PVW Partners company has been created through the restructure and rebranding of the local branch of Price Waterhouse Coopers. The company’s recent focus has been on cementing their reputation as the preeminent Business Advisory and Accounting firm in the North Queensland region.
The company Directors identified the need to create a new workplace that exemplified their high quality of service, professional approach, and attention to detail. Other drivers included the desire to provide an enjoyable and supportive work environment to retain existing staff and attract the next generation of talent.
The project is a 1,200m2 office fitout and external refurbishment of a tired 1967 office building located in the heart of the business district. The approach to the design was to celebrate the history of the building through exposing the raw concrete ceiling and internal brick walls, and insert contemporary but sensitive interventions to elevate the building to a modern workplace with quality finishes and the latest servicing and technology.
The office is designed to cater for future growth. There is an emphasis on flexible and collaborative work areas.
